Sales Specialist
SimplyCast.com, a leading provider of interactive marketing software and services for organizations worldwide, is seeking Sales Specialists to join its team located in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.
Responsibilities
Proactively convert hot leads via the telephone from SimplyCast’s website, business partners, marketing campaigns and email requests for new customer acquisition.
Accurately enter, update, and maintain prospect information in sales management database for processing sales, and keeping comprehensive and accurate client information.
Attain and exceed outbound call objectives.
Attain and exceed sales goals.
Foster strong customer relationships.
Timely and accurate activity reporting.
Follow company policies and sales procedures effectively.
Other assigned tasks as needed.
Requirements
Strong initiative with a desire to succeed and to embark in a sales career.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Sales and goal oriented.
Ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
Ability to be flexible and self sufficient.
Must be self motivated and enjoy interacting with customers via the phone.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, confident and competitive.
PC literacy is necessary including MS Office and Outlook.
A sense of humor helps too!
