The position involves assuring customer satisfaction by solving all customers' questions and issues. The ability to communicate with customers verbally or in written form is vital, as is the capacity to define and solve the technical issues affecting the client’s campaign.
We are looking for a dynamic, fast-paced thinker that can solve problems quickly while constantly adapting to new products and technologies. Excellent time management and multi-tasking is a must. You will also need to work closely with our Customer Care and Sales teams.
We are looking for a self-starter – someone who can jump in quickly without a lot of direction, and learn by asking the right questions. You will be working in a fast-paced and growing organization which will reward passionate and dedicated employees.
